The initial interview was very detailed and explanatory of the procedures and materials needed to restore the pool and surrounding area to the quality achieved in the first construction. The schedule and payment plan were outlined before any construction was begun. All working crews were punctual, courteous, and provided excellent clean up after each stage of construction. All work was completed within two weeks, in spite of some weather that caused a delay.
We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to repair or upgrade their pool. The company was not the only one we explored, but it was definitely the best for the price, the quality of work, and the every day observation by the owner. His patience and explaining of every detail convinces us that he absolutely knew his business and his present on site made us feel very secure during the process.
