The initial interview was very detailed and explanatory of the procedures and materials needed to restore the pool and surrounding area to the quality achieved in the first construction. The schedule and payment plan were outlined before any construction was begun. All working crews were punctual, courteous, and provided excellent clean up after each stage of construction. All work was completed within two weeks, in spite of some weather that caused a delay.

Recently I had a unique and fairly complicated water fountain installed in my backyard that was designed, engineered and completed Tim Long and Dave Boyd of Pools of Living Water. As contractors they handled every aspect of the installation of the fountain and were on the premises any time work was being done.

The water featured incorporated multi-levels of waterfalls, numerous valves to control the water flow at each level to give it different looks, multi-colored lights for night viewing and a fire pit on top, all automatically controlled.

Tim and Dave were continuously making sure I was completely satisfied with their work. They were honest, easy to work with, and had the skill, knowledge, and determination to provide a very high level of craftsmanship. My wife and I are extremely pleased and excited about our new backyard addition. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends, or neighbors. We recently entered into a construction project in our backyard [and] selected Pools of Living Water Co. for the pool project, working in conjunction with Roundtree Landscaping Inc.

This work was all coordinated by Tim and Dave of Pools of Living Water. The project proceeded exactly on schedule and to the quoted budget. All contractors turned up at their appointed times, were extremely professional, respected one’s property, and cleaned up all traces of their construction work. We were also able to change a few things on the fly, and these requests were incorporated into the construction flow without any problem. The pool project was also successfully coordinated with the landscape work. The end result was a truly outstanding backyard. This was in large measure due to the supervision of Tim and Dave of all phases of the project.
